Terms of Service

KeenlyVAs provides virtual assistant services, including but not limited to administrative support, marketing assistance, automation, and specialized business support.

Services are delivered remotely and based on agreed scope and subscription plan.

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear instructions and necessary access to tools or systems
• Communicate expectations and deadlines
• Ensure all materials provided are accurate and lawful

KeenlyVAs is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

• Services are billed based on selected subscription or agreed project scope
• Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the engagement.

KeenlyVAs ensures that all virtual assistants are bound by confidentiality agreements.

All work produced by KeenlyVAs becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

KeenlyVAs reserves the right to use non-confidential work for portfolio purposes.

KeenlyVAs is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Issues resulting from third-party platforms or tools

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

We aim to provide consistent and reliable service. However, availability may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Either party may terminate services with prior notice.

Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments must be settled
• Access to services will be discontinued

KeenlyVAs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
